Kurt Genoway

Kurt is a tradesperson through and through. You can always find him on site with some kind of tool in-hand and sporting his work clothes every day of the week. From growing up on a dairy farm, all Kurt knew was to put in a long day until the job was done. That’s where he found his knack for building things and troubleshooting. Kurt began his electrical apprenticeship in 2005 and quickly became a foreman, running a variety of multi-million-dollar commercial jobs. Kurt branched off to start his own electrical contracting business along with doing renovations in his spare time. After many years of travelling around Saskatchewan doing electrical work in the residential, commercial and agriculture sectors, Kurt realized his passion was beyond electrical and incidentally co-founded Hometown Homes.
