Concepts
We’ll get a solid grasp of your vision through a shared Pinterest board and a methodical design deep dive session to fully understand your needs and wants in order to develop a preliminary floor plan and mood board. We use an in-house software program and can show you a real-time 3D model right off the bat!
Preliminary Budget
Even though drawings are preliminary, we’ll get to work on rough pricing your project (if only it were as easy as price per square foot).
Design & 3D Tour
Now it’s getting fun! We’ll hold your hand throughout every step to ensure your design is cohesive and unique to you. The cherry on top is a 3D tour and 3D renderings of every room in your house!
Pricing
Once everything is designed, we’ll get you a fixed price to help put your mind at ease knowing there won’t be any hidden expenses that come up during construction.
Contract
Things are getting pretty serious. Time to do up a schedule to be proactive on timelines and the process of the build.
Construction
After permits are approved, we’ll begin your project. You’ll be kept in the loop the entire time through walk-throughs and 24/7 access to our project management software where you can view your project’s schedule, progress photos and budget.
Styling
We’ll help you pick out new furniture and decor for your new space and even get it all set up!
Move In
It’s time to celebrate your new digs! We’ll give you a run-down of every feature of your new home.
Warranty
You may miss seeing us so often, but we’ll still be popping in with scheduled warranty walk-throughs and will be here anytime you need!
