Just because you’ve moved in doesn’t mean we disappear into the sunset. A custom home is compiled of thousands of components and the odds that everything will be perfect is rare. If anything comes up after you’ve settled in, we’re there for you.

Your home new home will be protected under the Saskatchewan Home Warranty Program, giving you peace of mind with their 1-2-10 coverage:

  • 1 Year materials and workmanship
  • 2 Years on mechanical systems like heating, plumbing, and electrical
  • 10 Years on the home’s structural elements (the bones of your home)
